Just got CA Real estate license. what next?
should i work for a big family owned company like Tarbell, or a big Franchise like Century 21, or Remax, or stick with someone in the family who just got their brokers license. Sure i'll keep more money, but should i learn how to do it out there first and go with a professional company? companies usually want 40-60 or 45-55% commission splits for the first year or two

2 Advice I can give you:
1-Join a big company! look for one with a lot of training and support, Prudential California Realty, Remax, First Team, etc.
2-Find an office CLOSE TO YOUR HOUSE, biggest mistake I ever made as a rookie was to go to an office an hour away just to be with people I knew.
Later I moved to an office 5 minutes away and its amazing the amount of productivity you can have if you are not driving 1hour-3hours a day.
Good luck, anymore questions send me and email rony@mayateam.com

do you want to list homes, be a dual agent or
be very smart and be the only exclusive buyer's agent in your
city?
or do commercial/industrial
or tax cert sales–[which you buy]
also you can find a private broker who will charge you $25-50 a mo
desk fees and you keep 100% of any commission earned.
